摘 要：社区管理与服务是是关注民生的重大问题。本文着力分析了北京市社区管理与服务领域现存的业务体系及信息化工作存在的问题。在此基础上提出了北京市社区管理与服务业务信息化的顶层框架结构，并进一步分析了该领域信息化的发展趋势及改革措施。研究工作为该领域信息化建设及安全工作提供了基础支撑。

Abstract: Community management and service is a very important issue which influences people’s livelihood. The paper analyzes the existing problems of operation system and information works in Community management and service area. On this basis, it raises the top framework structure of Community management and service information business, and further analyzes the information development trend and reform measures in this area. Provides basic support for the research work in this field and safety information construction.
