移动互联网中异构网络垂直切换的研究与应用

摘 要:随着移动互联网的发展,移动终端的多网络接入已成趋势,而有效的垂直切换是保证移动终端通信服务质量的关键,通过分析对比现有异构网络垂直切换算法的优缺点以及公交车载的现状,最后提出将基于代价函数的垂直切换算法应用于公交智能车载中。

  Research and Application of  Mobile Internet  Heterogeneous Networks Vertical Handover

  Abstract: With the development of mobile internet, it is a trend that mobile devices should support multi-mode networks accesses. And the key to guarantee the QoS of mobile device communications is to achieve the effective vertical handover. We contrast different heterogeneous network vertical handover algorithms and analyses existing devices equipped on buses, then introduce a cost-function based vertical handover algorithm for in-bus devices.
